We have been in our new David Kerley home for a little over a year. We had some rather specific size requirements for bedrooms and crawlspace. David and Josh worked with us to modify the house design. They went above and beyond to make this happen. You can not find a more hard working, thorough, skilled, professional, down to earth builder in Cumberland County. From start to finish, and beyond, David Kerley and his team have been outstanding. David and Josh took very great care to address all our needs for our home completion and post purchase follow up. Urgent matters were addressed urgently and less urgent matters were addressed with appropriate timing - you will not get ghosted out. David and Josh live in this area and when you see them around they speak and are friendly. They value their relationships and that also means a great deal to me!

My costs are reflective of the great insulating factors that keep my home at a very comfortable temperature all year long with the costs surprisingly lower than others I have spoken to built by competitors. Mr. Kerley has always responded immediately when I had questions about my home. He has personally come out to evaluate issues I have had needing handyman attention. I recently purchased a new construction home from David and Josh and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The build quality is excellent and the home is beautiful. I am extremely happy with my new home and would highly recommend them to anyone considering new construction!

David fully understood what we wanted in our house. He delivered as promised. We met several times during construction and he kept us updated on everything. We made a couple of very minor changes and he did not bat an eye and got it done. Well built. Insulation is amazing. House stays at constant temps even during extreme cold. We are very happy and satisfied and would not hesitate to buy another David Kerley home.
